We wanted to update our customers as to where we are with sim cards. We just mailed another large number of sims today, with a large amount to be shipped on Monday, November 23, 2020. We are approximately 80% complete. If you do not receive your sim card by Wednesday November 25, 2020, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we may check the status of your sim card as well as give you a status update. There is no special order in which sim cards were mailed. As most of you are aware, we are not a large call center and we are trying our best to reach out and return phone calls as quickly as possible. Our offices focus and #1 priority currently is to not have people without internet service. If you have called and left a voicemail and have not gotten a return call, we apologize. Unfortunately, we know there will be quite a few customers still without internet for at least another week. We understand that the internet is important, especially during this time and will continue to work as hard as we can to restore your services.
